Create the AllyDVM Connection Crew — a cast of animal characters, each embodying a key platform capability. The system humanized complex technology, turning AllyDVM into an extra, dependable team member practices could instantly understand and remember.

AI tools supported early character exploration and animation, allowing the team to quickly test variations, refine personalities, and build a unified system across seven distinct Care Crew members.

The Impact
The Connection Crew became a flexible brand system used across video, print, conferences, and sales materials — simplifying AllyDVM’s story and giving the brand a distinctive, ownable voice in a crowded B2B space.
